Executive Manager
Duties of the Executive Manager:
- •Management of financial affairs and supply of consumable and non-consumable items of the college
- •Equipment supply for administrative units, laboratories and workshops
- •Faculty property management and information registration
- • Follow-up and supervision of personnel matters
- •Creating a suitable platform for activating workshops and laboratories and providing technical and engineering services and specialized training
- •Management of construction and service affairs of the faculty
- •Creating a proper communication platform between the faculty and other university bodies
- •Follow-up and supervision of meetings, events and conferences
Actions Taken:
- •Establishment of the directorate, vice-chairs and management created in the faculty and supply of equipment
- •Provision of necessary consumable and non-consumable items for the college
- •Advancing matters related to the new faculty building and negotiating to secure the required credits
- • Use and activation of small or unused spaces in the faculty
- •Cleaning the workshops and laboratories of the faculty and creating a suitable platform for educational applications or communication with the industry
- •Creating a working group to activate workshops and provide technical and engineering services and specialized training
- •Follow up in the direction of allocating space and providing facilities for the undergraduate project laboratory
- •Negotiating with groups and following up on the allocation of research laboratories to carry out postgraduate projects
