Duties of the Executive Manager:
  • Management of financial affairs and supply of consumable and non-consumable items of the college
  • Equipment supply for administrative units, laboratories and workshops
  • Faculty property management and information registration
  • Follow-up and supervision of personnel matters
  • Creating a suitable platform for activating workshops and laboratories and providing technical and engineering services and specialized training
  • Management of construction and service affairs of the faculty
  • Creating a proper communication platform between the faculty and other university bodies
  • Follow-up and supervision of meetings, events and conferences
    
Actions Taken:
  • Establishment of the directorate, vice-chairs and management created in the faculty and supply of equipment
  • Provision of necessary consumable and non-consumable items for the college
  • Advancing matters related to the new faculty building and negotiating to secure the required credits
  • Use and activation of small or unused spaces in the faculty
  • Cleaning the workshops and laboratories of the faculty and creating a suitable platform for educational applications or communication with the industry
  • Creating a working group to activate workshops and provide technical and engineering services and specialized training
  • Follow up in the direction of allocating space and providing facilities for the undergraduate project laboratory
  • Negotiating with groups and following up on the allocation of research laboratories to carry out postgraduate projects
